When a tool is bought from a third-party seller or marketplace like Amazon, we have no way to confirm whether it's genuine, brand-new, how it's been handled, or when it was actually sold — so we're unable to stand behind it.

• ❌ Bought from Amazon or any other marketplace → not covered by Parwinbeauty.co.uk. Any claim must go through the seller you bought from.

This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing here limits your statutory right to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
